Summary: With sun-dried tomatoes an ingredient in so many raw dishes, we decided to try making our own. Amazingly easy and really tasty, plus you know they’re truly raw – I don’t think we’ll ever buy sun-dried tomatoes again! I used 3 punnets of tomatoes (1.2 kg) to make half a jar, as pictured.
