On Halloween 2008, you'd have found us on the Cambridge Market with our bright orange Rawr pumpkins, dishing out raw chocolate treats. That's how it all started...

The Dawn of RAWR...

Rawr Chocolate is the fruit of a summer of experimentation with health-giving raw foods and delicious raw desserts.

After tasting numerous shop-bought raw chocolates, we decided to make some of our own. Hundreds of yummy (and not so yummy!) flavour experiments later, we were excited to have discovered the best melt-in-your-mouth raw chocolate we’d ever tasted!

A Venture...

Such a miracle could not be kept to ourselves, so we started making chocolate bars for the Cambridge Market. Rawr was born!

Flavours from anti-oxidant rich goji berry and vanilla (Rawr Passion) to our orange Zest bar kept customers coming back to our stall for more and more. Enthusiastic customers and sell-out days helped Rawr grow out of its market beginnings.

Today

Rawr Chocolate is available in increasing numbers of shops throughout the UK and Europe, and also online. Though we've grown a lot from our market beginnings, every step of a Rawr bar’s life is still hand-shaped (hand-mixed, hand-poured, hand-wrapped) and filled with the passion we have for what we do.
